General terms of use of the site, related general rules, and legal responsibilities

The User Agreement containing the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities listed below is recommended to be read before using www.misspepperkids.com. If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the www.misspepperkids.com site. By using the site as a member or visitor and filling out the form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.

1. Terms of Use and Security Rules
www.misspepperkids.com is open to all members. Unless otherwise specified, the services provided on the site are free of charge. In the following cases, the site management can prevent the member from using the site and reserves the right to take legal action against the person(s) involved in the following attempts:

1.a. Recording false, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, expressions that do not comply with general moral rules, and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site.

1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of site content.

1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of user name, password, and other information provided to users or determined by themselves with third parties or organizations (due to the use of this information by persons other than the user). Similarly, the User cannot use someone else's IP address, email address, user name, or other personal information in the Internet environment, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.

1.d. Using software, carrying out activities, attempting to perform activities that will threaten the security of the site, prevent the operation of the site and the software used, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information.

2. Content Usage
All sub-brands, images, and written content on the www.misspepperkids.com site are the property of Miss Pepper Kids. Therefore, no phrase or visual on the site can be copied or reproduced. Miss Pepper Kids has the right to terminate the contract with the user who is found to be engaging in such activities and to claim damages from the Member/Guest for any resulting damages.

3. Responsibilities
3.a. The information of users visiting www.misspepperkids.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked to provide better service to them. This information is shared with firms we cooperate with for advertising and other purposes, adhering to privacy conditions, to expand and improve the content. The aim here is to enhance the experience offered to users and to develop misspepperkids.com.

3.b. The user of www.misspepperkids.com can start using the site by entering their email address and password after filling out the necessary sections for registration and confirming their email address, provided they comply with the conditions specified in this agreement.

3.c. The user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree-Laws on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions, and all kinds of announcements and notifications to be published by www.misspepperkids.com regarding its services while benefiting from the site and its services. All legal, criminal, and financial liabilities arising from the violation of these notifications and laws are the user's responsibility.

3.d. If it is determined that the user does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the www.misspepperkids.com site, the user's access to www.misspepperkids.com may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or their account may be closed.

3.e. The user cannot engage in actions that prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use www.misspepperkids.com, cannot load or lock the servers or databases by loading automatic programs. The user cannot attempt fraud. If they do, their membership will be terminated, and they accept all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.

3.g. The user cannot delete or remove any copyright, trademark, and all kinds of Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notes from any material copied or printed from www.misspepperkids.com.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through www.misspepperkids.com. The user's access to the site will be canceled after the membership is terminated. The person who cancels their membership accepts that this action is irreversible.

3.j. The relationships of site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

3.m. Different rules and obligations may be specified for certain sections of the site. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted the specified rules in advance.

3.n. To read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this matter, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.

3.o. The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) they will use in their purchases through the site is correct, and the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this information belong to them.

7. Notification Addresses
7.a. The www.misspepperkids.com site does not require its users to provide their postal addresses in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to www.misspepperkids.com is considered the legal address for any notification related to this agreement.

7.b. Parties accept that if they do not notify the other party of changes in their existing email addresses in writing within 3 (three) days, the requests sent to the old email addresses will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them.

7.c. Again, any notification made by www.misspepperkids.com to the user's registered email address will be deemed to have been received by the user 1 (one) day after the email was sent by www.misspepperkids.com.

The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and that the information they provided about themselves is correct.
